I need a sample so that I can be sure I am ordering the right product.
We can typically supply you with no charge samples of our products for your inspection. However, there are some limitations imposed by our suppliers.
Rush Delivery - I need my product with a logo and I need it yesterday.
Deadlines are something we have experience with. Please give us a call and let us know what you need and when and we'll make every effort to accomodate your deadline.
I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction with your order. If you have any issues whatsoever, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will make it right.
Are the prices on the site current?
We make every effort to keep pricing on our site current, however, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refund the amount of your purchase should a pricing error be discovered.
Can I buy less than minimum order quantities?
If your order requirement is less than the stated minimum, our Customer Service Specialist may be able to assist you to arrange a short production run on some items, usually at a higher cost per unit.
What are artwork requirements?
You can supply your art work to artwork@freestonepromotions.com. We prefer Vector artwork. Vector artwork can be re-sized without losing its quality. We're happy to take a look at your artwork and see if we can make it work for you. The most common Vector art tools are Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks and Corel Draw.
